Thank you for the overwhelming response from the vibrant community of traders eager to be part of the Chilli and Gin Festival 2024. We're thrilled to announce that all trade spaces are now filled.

If you missed the opportunity to secure a spot, don't fret! You can still apply to join our reserve list by filling out the form below. In case of any openings or future festival opportunities, we'll be sure to get in touch with you. Please note that the reserve list is on a restricted basis and does not guarantee a trader spot. We're different ​

​

We're proud to stand apart from other festivals. We're the only festival OF our kind that offers complete transparency about its trader pricing. to trade with us, you have 4 options: 

 

1. Standard trader 3M x 3M MAX: £195

2. Food/DRINK 3m to 4m frontage: £495

3. Food/DRINK 4m to 6m frontage: £595

4. CHARITY / NON-PROFIT: £99

Standard traders are prohibited from selling hot food, alcohol or other beverages designed for immediate consumption. CHarities/non-profits must provide evidence of their status. 

 

Pitches/stalls must be taken for the duration of the event (2 days) and prices ARE CURRENTLY EXEMPT FROM VAT. MINIMUM TRADING HOURS ARE 12PM TO 6PM BOTH DAYS AND TRADERS ARE VERY WELCOME TO REMAIN OPEN UNTIL CLOSE (8PM).

TRADERS WILL BE ABLE TO SETUP FRIDAY EVENING 5PM TO 9PM OR SATURDAY MORNING 8AM TO 11AM.  ALL VEHICLES WILL BE REQUIRED TO REMOVED FROM SITE BY 11AM ON BOTH DAYS OF THE FESTIVAL. TRADERS CAN EITHER CHOOSE TO STAY ON SITE OVER THE WEEKEND OR LEAVE THE SITE EACH EVENING AND RETURN THE NEXT DAY.

Accommodation (camping or bed and breakfast) INCLUDING TOILETS, SHOWERS AND A FRESH WATER SUPPLY will be available on-site. you can request and PAY for this upon successful application. camping is £10 per person per night; b&B is £45 per person, per night.
