Where is the Chilli & Gin Festival?

When does the festival start and finish?
OUR 2023 festival will run over Saturday May 20th and Sunday May 21st 2023. Gates open each day at 11am.
Saturday finishes at 8pm. Sunday finishes at 5pm.
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
ONLINE TICKET PRICES:
ADULT £13 // cHILD £7 // FAMILY (2 ADULTS AND 4 CHILDREN) £35
ALL TICKETS SUBJECT TO A SMALL EVENTBRITE BOOKING FEE. LIMITED TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE on THE DOOR SO BEST TO BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there will be limited parking on site (approximately 500 spaces). We strongly recommend car sharing or using public transport wherever possible.
All parking will cost £3.50 per vehicle.

Can I get a refund on my ticket(s)?
No. All tickets are non-refundable as per the event terms and conditions.

Is it a dog-friendly festival?
Friendly dogs are welcome at the festival providing they are kept on a lead and are well behaved. Please do not leave your dog in your car for any reason. Should your dog constantly bark or annoy any other festival goers you will be asked to leave. If your dog does need to go to Number 2 please clean up after your dog.
Can I pay by credit or debit card at the festival?
Some stalls will accept credit/debit cards but not all, thus it would be best to have cash as well. Unfortunately, there are no cash machines nearby.
CAN I BRING IN CAMPING CHAIRS OR SIMILAR?
YES, THAT'S ABSOLUTELY FINE.
Is there disabled parking?
Yes, disabled parking is available. Please note that there is a short walk from the disabled car park area to the entrance and then a further walk to the festival showground up a slight incline. Most of the festival site is on uneven grass.
Is the event accessible for disabled people or those with additional needs?
Yes, there is a ramp up to the main festival space and the festival itself is on flat ground. There will also be disabled toilet facilities available.
Can tickets be bought in advance?
A. Yes, advance tickets can be bought with a credit or debit card by clicking on the link on this page. Tickets are valid for the day you select only. Advance tickets are non-refundable.
What happens if it rains?
Come rain or shine the festival will go ahead. Only in the event of another 'Storm Ciara' will we consider postponing the festival. We will update ticketholders with the latest weather forecast and what to bring the week before the event.
What do I need to bring?
Most importantly, bring yourself ready to have fun! Wear suitable clothing and something to sit on such as a picnic blanket.
CAN I BRING IN FOOD AND DRINKS?
You may not bring any food or drink (including alcohol) to the event with the exception of one sealed bottles of water up to 500ml in size. Water points are available on site. Empty re-useable water bottles are permitted.
We have A WIDE RANGE OF food vendors on site plus bars located in all keys areas serving a range of alcoholic, (including low & no alcohol) and soft drinks.
When should I receive my tickets?
