What Makes Us Different
At Portsmouth Chilli and Gin Festival, we pride ourselves on standing out from the crowd. We’re the only festival of our kind that offers complete transparency in trader pricing, ensuring fairness and clarity for all our participants.
Here are the options to trade with us:
1. Standard Trader (3m x 3m Max): £229
*(Hot food, alcohol, and immediate-consumption beverages are not permitted for standard traders.)*
2. Food/Drink Trader (3m to 4m Frontage): £499
3. Food/Drink Trader (4m to 6m Frontage): £599
4. Charity/Non-Profit: £99
*(Charities and non-profits must provide proof of status.)*
Important Details:
- All pitches are for the full 2-day duration of the festival.
- Prices are currently VAT-exempt.
- Minimum trading hours: 12pm to 6pm on both days, with the option to stay open until closing at 8pm.
Set-Up and Vehicle Information:
- Set-up times:
- Friday evening: 5pm to 9pm
- Saturday morning: 8am to 11am
- All vehicles must be off-site by 11am on both festival days.
- Traders may choose to remain on-site throughout the weekend or leave and return each day.
Accommodation Options:
Camping is available on-site for £10 per person, per night. You can let us know you'd like to camp when you submit your application below.
